Sitting at the Feet of Rabbi Jesus: Chapters 2-4

In this supplement to Chapters 2, 3, and 4, we visually travel up Mt. Arbel as Jesus gives the Great Commission to "go and make disciples" and examine Jesus' apprenticeship model of disciple-making. We also get a glimpse of Jewish religious education in the first century and learn about Jesus' library. And see what Jesus may have looked like in real life!

“Mary…sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said” (Luke 10:39). Join us in this 5-week study of Sitting at the Feet of Rabbi Jesus by Ann Spangler and Lois Tverberg, as we learn about the Jewishness of Jesus in a way that will enrich your Christian faith. By studying the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, we will “retune our hearing and thinking” so that we can understand Jesus better and hear him “with the ears of a first-century disciple,” just like Mary did.
