In this supplement to Chapter 1, we visually travel along the Jericho Road and down towards the Gihon Spring to bring the background and context of the Scriptures to life -- like we’re right there walking alongside the disciples. We also get a glimpse of life in the first century under Roman rule, learn about the different Jewish sects, and wonder, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”
We look forward to taking this journey with you over the next 6 months as we learn about the Jewishness of Jesus in a way that will enrich our Christian Faith.
